Warabi Mochi

Warabi powder  100g
Sugar                     50g
Water                  500ml

Kinako (soybean flour)
Molasses

"Warabi Mochi" is a traditional Japanese sweets.
It's good to have with either a cup of green tea or  matcha.

Combine everything in a pot and cook over medium heat.
When it becomes sticky and clear color, cook over low heat.

Place the mochi in a container.
(It's better if the container is wet otherwise the mochi would get stick.)

Keep in a refrigerator to cool.

You can eat the mochi plain-with nothing on them, but I recommend put
some kinako and molasses on it.
